A Race For Every Age
In addition to the original 5K race for the adults, the younger part of the flock can take part in the either the Youth 5K or the Plymouth Rock Ramble, which is new to the event this year.
Youth 5K: The Youth 5K is for participants 17 years old and under, who are ready to take on the full 5K distance. Entry to this tier comes at a discounted rate, and still receives all the bells and whistles of the event. Participants receive a participant shirt, Youth 5K Finisher Medal and are eligible for age group awards. Did we mention all participants have access to the Turkey Day Tailgate with warm apple cider, turkey bowling, football and corn hole games?
Plymouth Rock Ramble: New this year, the Plymouth Rock Ramble focuses on the littles in your family, kids ages 2-12. Again, without sacrificing any of the fun, the price is the only thing you’ll cut for this age group. Inspiring your little ones is just one of the many ways Life Time and the MN Turkey Trot are promoting healthy living from a young age. They make running fun for the whole family!

Almost instantly after crossing the finish line, Turkey Day 5K Minneapolis participants can find and download race photos, posted right alongside their results.
