A couple months ago, due to GDPR compliance, we added new data privacy questions in the registration form. Based on feedback we received, we have deployed the ability to handle the data privacy questions on your own terms. This functionality applies to both the standard registration form and the series registration form.

We made the following updates:

• We changed the tab name to “Waiver and Data Privacy”
• We will always display a message that indicates the registrant will receive emails relevant to their purchase (i.e. confirmation email)
• You can now customize the text of the marketing consent question and the valued partner question
• You can also hide these questions if you don’t feel you have a legal reason to display them. If you plan on market to your registrants, we highly recommend you get their consent
• You can display your own privacy policy for how you will handle the registrants data
