Digital MediaWe’ve just made some immediate and needed updates to improve your use of Athlinks Media Uploader (now version 2.1.3) in anticipation for this weekend.
1. An individual job processing multiple unique .mp4 video files (2 or more at a time), Athlinks Media Uploader was reporting to the User that the submission was “successful” for all the .mp4 submissions, however, the .mp4 video files never manifested into CT LIVE ADMIN for the applicable event (thus ultimately it was NOT successful). This has now been resolved and you can submit multiple .mp4 files in a single job via Athlinks Media Uploader.
2. The REMOVE EVENT feature from your hosted EVENT QUEUE now works if you have (5) or more events present.
3. We’ve added additional internal validation measure to ensure all your photo images submitted via Athlinks Media Uploader will successfully reach the applicable event in ChronoTrack LIVE Admin.
