On July 1, 2019, trade-in requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and no rates will be guaranteed. If you are considering an upgrade to your hardware, now is the time to do it!

Whether you’re looking to trade-in your existing equipment and step up to the Pro 2, swap a 400 or 800 series controller for a MiniTrack, or simply upgrade your 800, we have a program for you!

800 for Pro 2 Trade-In:

• If S/N > 2000, the cost is $3700 (lower trade-in price, as we will repurpose your 2 Revolution Readers)
• If S/N < 2000, the cost is $5100 (higher trade-in price, as we cannot repurpose your existing Classic Readers; Pro 2 requires Revolution Readers)

400s for Pro 2 Trade-In:

• If S/N > 2000, quantity (2) 400s with 2 Revolutions Readers = $3700 (lower trade-in price, as we will repurpose your 2 Revolution Readers)
• If S/N > 2000, quantity (1) 400 with 1 Revolution reader = $5100 (higher trade-in price, as we will repurpose your 1 Revolution Reader and include 1 new Revolution Reader; Revolution and Turbo Readers cannot function together)
• If S/N < 2000, quantity (1) 400 without a Revolution Reader = $5100 (higher trade-in price, as Pro 2 requires 2 Revolution Readers)

800 or 400 for MiniTrack Trade-In:

• If 800, S/N > 2000, with 2 Revolution Readers gets 2 Minis at $950 each, or $1,900 total (we will repurpose your 2 Revolution Readers, one into each Mini)
• If 400, S/N > 2000, with 1 Revolution Readers gets 1 Mini at $950 each (we will repurpose your 1 Revolution Reader into the Mini)
• If 400 or an 800  S/N<2000 without Revolution readers = 1 Mini at $1600 (higher price and only eligible for 1 per box as we cannot repurpose the old readers)

Trade-In Fine Print:

• If trading in an 800, or quantity (2) 400s, S/N > 2000, you must send in old box prior to new box shipping out
• If trading in 800 or 400 S/N <2000 you may keep the old box until the new one arrives, but must send it in when the new box arrives
• Make sure all Revolution Readers are functional before trade-in, as we’ll use them in your new Pro 2
• You will be without the box for a few weeks, due to reuse of readers (if applicable)
• Your brand new Pro 2 and/or MiniTrack will carry a one-year warranty that includes all parts and labor, plus all repurposed Revolution Readers
• You are responsible for all shipping costs
• Batteries are not included; be sure to pick some up locally (don’t forget that the Pro 2 requires a fifth battery inside)
• You may also purchase discounted new cable sets with each Pro 2 or with a new MiniTrack; a short cable set is $100 and a long set is $160
