Google & Yahoo have recently tightened their email [SENDER REQUIREMENTS], thus exposing a needed update to our email marketing service integration with SendGrid.

This temporary defect caused EVENT ORGANIZER identified emails in our CT LIVE ADMIN that were @yahoo.com or @gmail.com based, but were not being accepted as a recognized sender by Yahoo & Google due to our configuration with SendGrid. As a result, in rare cases, successfully registered Athletes did not receive the post registration confirmation email.

• Again, this was specific to Event Organizers with Yahoo or Google emails addresses only, for a limited time only

With the immediate correction & compliance with Yahoo and Google, our EVENT ORGANIZER’s emails have returned back to being recognized as formal senders. Thus, confirmation emails are once again successfully being delivered to Athletes post registration.
