Fixed error message on Reg form when new Admin changes are published

Registration - 02/15/2018 - Enhancements

We’ve released a change to the error message that happens during the registration checkout process. Now when an athlete goes through the registration form and at the same time an admin user makes a change and releases a new reg form (which expires the form the athlete is on), the error message is more clear and provides instructions on how to proceed:
