Fixed Crashing of Report Downloads

Event Management, Reports - 01/26/2018 - Defect Fix

We’ve released a fix to reports crashing when attempting to download CSV and PDFs. Now users should only receive the ‘Report Crashed’ error for the following reasons:

  1. If they are downloading a report during a CT Live release
  2. The report hits an error during download that it doesn’t know how to handle
