We’ve released an enhancement to Custom Fees where you can exclude discounts applied during registration. Prior to this enhancement, when a 100% off coupon was applied to a transaction (including a custom fee) it discounted the entire total to 0 (as expected). Now they have an option to exclude the custom fee and it will be charged no matter the discount applied!
