CT Live registration is extra fast and simple when you reuse an existing CT Live account. This process of using your account will automatically fill out core demographic information and is just one additional reason to create an account. Recently, we identified a large number of CT Live accounts that had extra characters in their Zip Codes that was preventing the auto-filling within the Postal Code section in the registration form. We’ve made the following changes:

• Fixed all Zip Codes in accounts that had extra spaces in their Postal Code
• Added logic to better prevent future accounts from being saved incorrectly
