CT Live Lottery Upload Defect Fix

Lottery Winner File Uploads

Previously, if a User uploaded a  ‘Lottery Winner’ file that was improperly formatted, the system could get stuck in a never-ending file upload window.

Now, the CT Live application will prevent the upload of an invalid file.
