CT Live Email Campaign Defect Fixes

We fixed two defects with our email campaign tool:

  1. Previously an Event Director would try to update the email list on their email campaign, (which had already been saved & scheduled), and instead of being able to go back in and delete the original list and upload a new one, they would receive a “Submission Failed” error message.
    • Now Event Directors are able to select the Remove List option, actually remove the list and upload the new list without error.
  2. In addition, we have had isolated incidents where our email server Sendgrid was misidentifying Verified and Unverified email senders. If there was a pending campaign associated with the unverified sender, the system was unable to remove the pending campaign for this sender and thus was breaking the Email tab.
    • We have fixed this issue.
