We have resolved the “MY USERS” management defect in ChronoTrack LIVE Admin.

Defect: Previously, when you set both the ROLE and ORGANIZER, the search didn’t produce any results (the defect). If just ROLES or ORGANIZER is set, then the search produces accurate results. This affected all Admin Users that have the “My Users” button.

Resolution: Now, SuperUsers and any Admin users with access to the ‘My Users’ button are able to search by any combination of Name, Email, Role and Organizer, and results will accurately display.

Below we’re showing a ROLE and ORGANIZATION selection now producing results.
