We recently just made a copy update to our Privacy and Marketing “notice” via the ChronoTrack Registration platform. The change was made to better illustrate & position our Terms of Use & Privacy Policy for immediate Athlete accessibility when completing a registration. For those of you not familiar with the old messaging see the following below (Old/previous and new/current respectively):

These changes further ensure our Athletes are current with our Terms & Privacy policy when registering on our platform. This “new copy” is persistent in our registration flow today.
