ChronOS Next-day Gun Start Fix

What got fixed?

When a Pro2 controller’s time rolled over to the next day, any Gun Starts created after that point would exceed 23:59:59.999.

What’s it like now?

Gun Starts now honor the actual controller time in the MRK file.
