My official title is Timing Orders Management Support. In addition to customer service, I process all the tag and hardware orders including international shipments for tags.

How did you first learn about ChronoTrack?

When I became an employee here. I heard Dan Howell and John Kelsey’s story about how they started this business and it seemed like a perfect fit. If you haven’t heard the story, you need to!

Since 2013 – about three and a half years!

What is the favorite part about working for ChronoTrack?

I’ve learned so much about the racing industry and have been able to work with different race timing companies from around the world.

We are currently rolling out the new active tags.

I have a love/hate relationship with running. I participated in one untimed 5k color run and really enjoyed it, but I usually find other ways to work out. My favorite is Pure Barre classes.

I was a stay-at-home mom for 12 years. Nurse, maid, counselor – you become a jack of all trades!

What advice do you have for prospective ChronoTrack new hires?

Teamwork is key! Not only do you have to cooperate with your co-workers, but you’ll also be working with race directors and timers – sometimes from across the country or even the globe.

I can relax with my family and friends on the beach.

What inspires you to come to work every day?

Knowing that if I don’t come in, we’ll have some unhappy timers!

How do you hope the people who work with you would describe you?

Outgoing, reliable, and always willing to lend a hand.

What’s the last book you read?

Rich Bitch by Nicole Lapin. It’s a financial planning book I purchased for my 19-year-old daughter but I ended up reading it myself.

Who’s your hero? Why?

My Grandma. She is a breast cancer survivor and hasn’t skipped a beat since! She is the strongest, most non-judgmental and caring woman I know and I can only hope to be as wonderful as her when I grow up.
