CT Live Analytic Dashboards have officially arrived: a quick-and-easy bird’s eye view of how your event is trending!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Find your Analytic Dashboard under Event > Analytics within CT Live
- Synced once per day, and includes all data up until 11:59 PM EST each day
- Ability to filter information by the last 7 days, last 14 days, last 30 days, last 365 days, all time or apply your own custom filter
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
The four core widgets:
- Total Confirmed Entries
- Total number of people registered for your event
- This will match the confirmed entries widget on the main CT Live Event Dashboard at the time of the daily sync
- YOY percentage comparison
- YOY Line normalizes on “days until event”
- Mouse over shows days until event for this year and total number of entries for last year and current year
- Total number of people registered for your event
- Total Net Due
- Total amount owed from CT Live for your event
- This will match the standard net due report at the time of the daily sync
- YOY Line normalizes on “days until event”
- YOY percentage comparison
- Mouse over shows days until event for this year
- Total amount owed from CT Live for your event
- Age
- Shows age distribution
- Mouse over shows age and number of registrants at that age
- Gender
- Shows gender distribution
- Mouse over shows number of registrants by gender
PRO TIP: In order to get the most out of your Analytic Dashboard, ensure your Event has a Last Year’s Event selected. Learn how to configure Last Year’s Event and more on the Knowledge Base.
